Reflective Discussion & Confirmation Sign Off

This service supports nurses and midwives preparing for NMC revalidation.

You will receive a structured reflective discussion reviewing your written reflections and confirming that they meet the NMC revalidation requirements.

This service also includes the required NMC confirmation sign-off following discussion of your reflective accounts and a review of all revalidation evidence. Sign-off is only completed if all revalidation requirements have been sufficiently met. Other services are available if help is required with other aspects of the revalidation process.
