Reflective Discussion & Confirmation (NMC Sign-off)
A professional reflective discussion and confirmation (sign-off) session required for NMC revalidation.
This service is designed for nurses and midwives who have completed their portfolio and are ready for review and final confirmation.

- 1:1 reflective discussion aligned with the NMC Code
- Review of your reflective accounts and how they link to the Code
- Review of your portfolio and evidence to ensure it meets NMC revalidation requirements
- Professional discussion to support your learning and development
- Confirmation (sign-off) of your revalidation by an NMC registered professional
- Opportunity to ask questions and ensure everything is in order
Confirmation will only be provided once all NMC revalidation requirements have been fully met.
Important: before booking this service
To provide confirmation (sign-off), I must verify that you have fully met the NMC revalidation requirements.
Before your session, you must have a completed revalidation portfolio ready for review.
This portfolio must include the following:
- Minimum 450 practice hours (or 900 if dual registration)
- 35 hours of CPD, including 20 hours participatory learning
- Five written reflective accounts
- Five pieces of practice-related feedback
- A completed reflective discussion (this will be completed during the call)
- A fully prepared revalidation portfolio
If these requirements have not been met, confirmation can not be provided during this session.
