Book a professional reflective discussion and confirmation (sign-off) session required for NMC revalidation. During this session we will review your reflective accounts, discuss how they relate to the NMC Code, and ensure your documentation meets the NMC revalidation requirements.
Important: NMC Revalidation Requirements
To complete confirmation (sign-off), I must verify that you have met the NMC revalidation requirements.
Before the session you will need to provide evidence of your completed revalidation portfolio, including reflective accounts, CPD records, practice hours, and practice-related feedback.
If these requirements have not yet been completed, confirmation cannot be provided during this session.

Before booking this service, please ensure you have completed the following:
- Minimum 450 practice hours (or 900 if dual registration)
- 35 hours of CPD, including 20 hours participatory learning
- Five written reflective accounts
- Five pieces of practice-related feedback
- A completed reflective discussion (this will be completed during the call)
- A fully prepared revalidation portfolio

Full Revalidation Support
One-to-one support to help you prepare your full revalidation portfolio. This includes guidance organising practice hours, CPD, practice related feedback and reflective accounts.
Membership Support
Join our membership for access to guidance sheets, examples of reflective accounts, and structured support to help you prepare your NMC revalidation portfolio. Membership includes; regular reminders and revalidation progress updates, access to a monthly call to update and log any CPD, feedback and reflective accounts from the month. Membership helps you to stay on-top of the revalidation process and removes the stress.
Most nurses and midwives leave revalidation until the last minute, we help you avoid that stress.
